Lily Allen is 'over' feud with Girls Aloud

The singer has Blondie in her sights now

Lily Allen has said that she’s moved on from the feud with Girls Aloud’s Cheryl Cole.

As previously reported, a war of words developed between the singer and the Girls Aloud star, which included Allen suggesting Cole didn’t sing live at her gigs and Cole responding that Allen would never play arenas.

Writing on Myspace.com/lilymusic she said: “A lot has happened since the last time that I blogged. Obviously CHERYLGATE which was fun, but we have moved on.”

Speaking about singing a duet with Blondie singer Debbie Harry she wrote: ”I am such a huge fan of theirs and it was really scary, to meet them. I thought they might hate me, and my paranoia was telling me that they'd been bullied into doing it with me by their record company, which was probably true, but if it was I couldn't tell."

She added she had a great time recording with the band.

"They were super nice, and made me feel really comfortable," wrote Allen. "We had to be at the studio at five in the morning and then we rehearsed again and went on at 8.40. I sang terribly cause I was so nervous, but it was another amazing experience which I shall remember forever. Besides theres always next time. NOT."
