The previously-proposed second series of Lily Allen's TV show, 'Lily Allen And Friends', has been scrapped.
Chiefs at the BBC had previously said that a second series of the show had been commissioned, but the BBC's Danny Cohen has since said that the broadcasters are looking for a replacement for the show.
"We've got a gap because we're not doing another Lily Allen show," he told The Sun. "But I'm hopeful we'll find something else. We have irons in the fire."
Allen had previously told NME.COM, "I loved doing the series and I'm definitely interested in discussing ideas in the future," although she had indicated she was unlikely to repeat the show in its original format.
'Lily Allen And Friends' was criticised when it launched at the start of 2008, with audience members reportedly walking out during the show.
