Illness forces Lily Allen out of Mencap gig with Coldplay and La Roux
Throat infection means singer cannot play Big Noise Session

Lily Allen has been forced to withdraw from tomorrow's (December 19) Mencap's Big Noise Session.
The singer is ill, and following two cancelled television appearances this week she has now being forced to pull the gig.
"Lily Allen is sad to announce that she will not be able to participate in Mencap's Big Noise Session this weekend," the charity explained.
"Lily has been diagnosed with a severe recurrent throat infection which has also led her to cancel two television shows this week. She deeply regrets having to cancel her appearance this weekend and hopes that fans will enjoy the rest of the amazing bill on the show and lend their support to the incredible work done by learning disability charity, Mencap."
Coldplay and La Roux are still set to play the show at Exeter Castle, although refunds are available via the HMV's ticket customer services on 0844 209 0332 should fans require one.
