Limp Bizkit are set to release their new album 'Gold Cobra' on June 7 in the US.

The record will be the long-awaited follow-up to their 2003 effort 'Results May Vary'.

Frontman Fred Durst tweeted from Twitter.com/freddurst: "Official release date for Limp Bizkit's new album 'Gold Cobra' is June 7, 2011. Time to fill the void. Accept no substitutes."

If the UK release date corresponds to the US one 'Gold Cobra' will come out in Britain on June 6.

The album - which Durst recently recently explained was one of two new efforts the band were working on - has been mixed by David Schiffman. He has previously worked with the likes of Biffy Clyro, System Of A Down and Avenged Sevenfold.
