LINKIN PARK singer CHESTER BENNINGTON has been diagnosed with bronchitis and acute laryngitis.

The group, who are currently on a North American tour, were forced to pull out of a show in Inglewood, California due to the singer’s illness.

A statement on the band’s official website reads: "We deeply regret that (the) show at the Great Western Forum in Inglewood has been postponed. Chester is ill with bronchitis and acute laryngitis and has been advised not to perform."

Bennington was hospitalised last year suffering from intense back and stomach pains.
