Little Boots has announced plans to release a new single for Record Store Day.

The singer-songwriter will release 'Every Night I Say A Prayer' as a free download via Trax Records and 679 Artists, and as a limited-edition vinyl on April 21. Remixes by Joe Smooth and Tensnake are also included on the 12" vinyl version.

She is set to play a show to mark the event at London's Rough Trade East on the same night before she plays a gig at London's XOYO on May 5.

More than 350 releases have been announced to tie in with Record Store Day this year, including exclusive material from the likes of Miles Kane, Laura Marling, Arctic Monkeys and Arcade Fire. Releases from the likes of ASAP Rocky, The White Stripes, The Clash and Noel Gallagher are also hitting the shelves to mark the occasion. Head to Recordstoreday.co.uk to read the full list of releases.

Little Boots is currently working on the follow-up to her 2009 debut 'Hands'. Earlier this year, she told NME she was finding her second album easier to record because there was less pressure this time around.

She said: "Last time it was difficult because of all the hype. It's nice to approach it without that same pressure."
