The newcomers line up intimate gig in their mate's living room

Sheffield newcomers Little Man Tate are throwing a house party gig to celebrate the release of their forthcoming single.

The four-piece will perform the intimate show in front of a group of competition winners in the living room of their long time friend Boothy on August 9.

The performance will be webcast live on www.littlemantate.co.uk and a live version of ‘House Party At Boothys’ recorded from the party will be available to download exclusively via iTunes on the day the single is released (August 28).

Tickets for the gig can be won through the band’s online forums www.littlemantate.co.uk/forums.

Following their Sheffield performance, the band will head out on a UK tour, which includes festival appearances at Summer Sundae and the Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals.
