UK SINGLES CHART REVEALED Lostprophets Tickets
While NME Awards Tour stars have hits too...
LMC VS U2 are top of the UK singles chart for the second week.
’Take Me To The Clouds Above’ retains the top spot in a week that sees new entries from two bands on the current NME Awards Tour.
Headliners Funeral For A Friend are at Number 19 with ’Escape Artists Never Die’, while The Von Bondies are at Number 21 with ’C’Mon C’Mon’.
This week’s highest new entry comes from Blazin’ Squad, with their single ’Here 4 One’.
This week’s Top Ten UK singles are:
1. LMC Vs U2 - ‘Take Me To The Clouds Above’
2. Kelis - ‘Milkshake’
3. OutKast - ‘Hey Ya!’
4. Michelle McManus - ‘All This Time’
5. Boogie Pimps - ‘Somebody To Love’
6. Blazin’ Squad - ‘Here 4 One’
7. 2 Play Featuring Raghav and Jucxi - ‘So Confused’
8. Snow Patrol - ‘Run’
9. Sean Paul - ‘I’m Still In Love With You’
10. Emma - ‘Be There’
In the UK albums chart, Snow Patrol’s ‘Final Straw’ is a new entry at Number Three, while Lostprophets, who play an NME Awards Show this week, are at Number Four with ’Start Something’.
The highest new entry in the albums chart comes from Leann Rimes, whose ‘Best Of’ compilation enters the chart at Number Two behind non-mover Katie Melua’s ’Call Off The Search’.
