Lostprophets singer set for New Year bash
The Blackout and Kids In Glass Houses are also on the bill
Lostprophets frontman Ian Watkins is teaming up with The Blackout, Kids In Glass Houses and Attack! Attack! for a New Year's Eve charity bash.
The bands will be performing at Cardiff University Great Hall in aid of the Kidney Wales Foundation.
Watkins, who is the charity’s new ambassador for young people, will play a special acoustic set on the night.
Roy J Thomas, chairman of Kidney Wales and the Donate Wales campaign, said: "Ian is a fantastic advocate for organ donation, and we're delighted he's putting on this fundraising gig.
"It's going to be a great night of music with some of Wales' best bands and a wonderful opportunity for people to not only help raise money for those affected by kidney disease and failure in Wales, but also to join the Organ Donor Register as well - just like Ian."
Lostprophets are currently recording new material, which is expected to be released next year, with Metallica producer Bob Rock.
