Lou Reed is set to perform a rare spoken-word gig next week.
The Velvet Underground veteran is currently playing a European tour, which winds up in Helsinki on Friday (May 13).
Lou Reed will then fly to Edinburgh, where he performs An Evening Of Spoken Word at the University’s aptly-named Reid Hall.
The performance precedes Lou Reed’s headline appearance at the Burns Festival at Scotland’s Culzean Castle on May 20. There, he will perform three songs with the Orchestra Of National Opera.
