Lykke Li has signed up to the books of the Viva Model Management agency, reports Grazia.

News of the Swedish singer's impending foray into modelling comes only days after it was revealed that Lana Del Rey signed a modelling deal with the Next Model Management agency.

Del Rey landed a contract with the company's talent wing, which has previously pulled in Ellie Goulding, Jessie J and Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner's ex Alexa Chung, reported Elleuk.com.

Del Rey has already recently dipped her toes in the fashion industry after designers Moschino and Prabal Gurung styled her and she performed at Mulberry's Spring/Summer 2012 presentation in Los Angeles.

Christopher Kane and Emilio de la Morena also chose her breakthrough single 'Video Games' to soundtrack their spring/summer 2012 shows.

Lana Del Rey is set to release her debut album 'Born To Die' on January 30, preceded by the single of the same name on January 23.
