Madonna honoured at Wembley
The singer makes her mark in the Square of Fame
The singer made her mark by casting her hands in a bronze plate outside the venue prior to her Confessions show last night (August 1), reports the BBC.
Organisers are hoping to honour a series of top performers including Kylie Minogue and Geroge Michael through the Hollywood style feature in the coming months following the venue's £35 million refurbishment earlier this year.
Madonna said: "It is great honour. I feel like an honorary Brit. I look forward to seeing other artists adding their handprints alongside mine."
The singer will continue her Confessions world tour with a futher seven nights at Wembley Arena on August 3, 9, 12, 13, 15 and 16.
