Madonna to leave record label? Madonna Tickets
Queen Of Pop to ditch Warner Music for radical new deal?
Rumours are spreading that Madonna is considering leaving Warner Music, the label that she has been signed to since 1982.
The singer is allegedly in talks to move to Live Nation, the venues and promotions company.
The deal is said to involve combining the singer’s future recording and touring. It is allegedly valued by music industry executives at £50.5 million ($100 million).
It is believed she would receive at least the £50 million that Robbie Williams received from EMI in 2002.
The eight London Wembley Arena dates alone of Madonna’s 2006 tour ’Confessions’ grossed £11.8 million, reports The Times.
