Justin Timberlake to induct Madonna into Rock and Roll Hall
Justin Timberlake will induct Madonna into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at a March 10 ceremony, it was announced today (February 26).

The two pop stars have been working together on Madonna's forthcoming studio album, due out later this year, as previously reported.

Also inducting this year's honourees are Lou Reed, who will induct Leonard Cohen, John Fogerty, who will induct The Ventures, Billy Joel, who will pay tribute to John Mellencamp, and actor Tom Hanks, who will induct The Dave Clark Five.

The ceremony is set to take place at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City, where the inductees may perform.

The honourees are nominated by approximately 500 musicians, industry professionals and journalists.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is located in Cleveland, Ohio and began annually inducting artists and members of the music community in 1986.
