Madonna
'Sticky And Sweet' selling out globally
Madonna has sold over one million tickets for her forthcoming world tour.
The 'Sticky And Sweet' tour, to support her latest album 'Hard Candy' kicks off in August in Europe, and has already sold 90% of available tickets across the world.
The news comes amid recent newspaper reports which hinted that tickets were not selling well, reporting that her Los Angeles stop at Dodger Stadium has only sold 50% of the seats so far.
The singer will kick off the North American dates with a show on October 4 in East Rutherford, New Jersey, followed by four nights at Madison Square Garden.
The tour follows the release of ‘Hard Candy’ which debuted at Number One in over 30 countries worldwide.
