Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake join Madonna on stage in LA Madonna Tickets
But they keep their acts separate
Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake joined Madonna on stage in Los Angeles last night (November 6), but they didn't perform together.
The crowd at Dodger Stadium didn't have to wait long for a Britney sighting. Spears came out during Madonna's third song, 'Human Nature'.
The two pop stars, who made headlines when they shared a kiss at the MTV Awards in 2003, changed the chorus from "I'm not sorry…I'm not your bitch" to "We're not sorry," and "She's not your bitch", with Madonna pointing to Spears.
After Spears left the stage, Madonna went on to perform several of her hits including 'Vogue', 'Borderline' and 'Into The Groove' as well as newer material.
Timberlake took the stage about an hour later to join Madonna for '4 Minutes'. The pair traded verses and did some bumping and grinding, which caused the crowd to go wild.
Madonna also took a request from the audience to play 'Dress You Up' a cappella, but she stopped it midway through, saying she was "murdering her own song."
Toward end of the night Madonna performed in front of an Obama backdrop. "We have so much to celebrate!" she said, adding that we should never give up fighting against Proposition 8, which bans gay marriage in California.
