The star falls from her ride after the horse is 'startled by paparazzi'
Madonna has received minor injuries after falling from her horse yesterday (April 18).
The singer also suffered bruising after being thrown from her ride, which was 'startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes', according to her spokesperson.
This isn't the first time Madonna's been injured while horse riding - in 2005, she broke her collarbone and her hand and cracked three ribs.
The 50-year-old was released from hospital on the same day, but will reportedly be called in for further tests.
