MADONNA TO HOST TURNER PRIZE CEREMONY Madonna Tickets
The pop goddess will be presenting the prizes at the art awards ceremony at the Tate Britain...
MADONNA has been confirmed as the host of this year's TURNER PRIZE on December 9 at TATE BRITAIN, NME.COM can confirm.
The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on Channel 4.
The shortlisted British artists are Richard Billingham, Martin Creed, Isaac Julien and Mike Nelson. An exhibition of the artists' work opens on November 7 at Tate Britain in London.
Meanwhile, Madonna has loaned one of the masterpieces of her art collection, Frida Kahlo's 'Self Portrait With Monkey', to the gallery. The work will be on show from October 4 until January 1 2002.
