Mando Diao announce North American tour

Swedish five-piece Mando Diao have announced the dates of an extensive North American tour in support of their forthcoming album, 'Ode To Ochrasy'.

After appearances at Austin's South by Southwest Festival in March, the band will kick off their tour at the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio, California on April 29, before playing dates in Seattle, Vancouver and New York. They'll conclude the tour in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 19.

As previously reported, 'Ode To Ochrasy', the follow-up to 2005's 'Hurricane Bar', is set to be released on April 24. The band spent much of last year touring with Dirty Pretty Things and Razorlight.

Mando Diao were recently awarded the Swedish Grammy for Best Rock Act.
