Fresh from announcing plans for a new album and tour, Manic Street Preachers' James Dean Bradfield and Nicky Wire have contributed to a new song on the forthcoming EP from their live guitarist.

As well as his work with the Welsh outfit, Wayne Murray also fronts a project named Boy Cried Wolf. The Manics pair feature on his song 'No Comfort From My Skin', taken from 'The Firebrand EP', set for release in August.

Bradfield plays guitar on the song while Wire has written the lyrics. Hear it at Boy Cried Wolf's MySpace page, Myspace.com/boycriedwolf.

Boy Cried Wolf play the Water Rats venue on London on Tuesday (June 8).

As previously reported, Manic Street Preachers recently announced details of their new album, and a UK tour set for later in 2010.
