Marilyn Manson files suit against ex-bandmate
He fires back at former keyboard player
Marilyn Manson has filed a countersuit against a former bandmate who filed a suit against the star earlier this year.
Manson is accusing Stephen Bier (stage name Madonna Wayne Gacy) of breach of contract for showing up late to band recordings and promotional appearances.
He is also accusing the former keyboardist of giving confidential band information to the media, reports the Associated Press.
Manson filed the papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (December 19).
Meanwhile, Bier filed suit against Manson in August seeking more than $20 million and claiming that Manson cheated him out of wages and medical support while using band profits to live an extravagant lifestyle.
