Marina And The Diamonds showcased new tracks at Mencap's Little Noise Sessions in London last night (November 23).

Playing at St John-At-Hackney Church, the singer played four new tracks off upcoming album 'Electra Heart' - 'Living Dead', 'Fear And Loathing' , 'Jealousy' and 'The Starring Role'.

The date, which was Marina's only London gig this year, fell upon the fourth anniversary of Marina's first ever release - the 'Mermaid VS Sailor' EP.

Opening with an acoustic piano-led version of 'Radioactive', Marina quickly segued into fan-favourite 'Obsessions', 'I Am Not A Robot' and 'Mowgli's Road' admitting: "It's so very nice to be back. I'm so happy to doing gigs again."

Supported by a full band, as well as a string quartet, new track 'Living Dead' touched on the main themes of Marina's earlier work- loneliness, alienation and outsiders. Meanwhile, 'The Starring Role' took on new life outside of its current demo form, with an unexpected riot grrl guitar mid-section.

Ending on the ethereal 'Fear And Loathing', Marina swiftly returned for a pared down encore of 'Shampain' - complete with crowd sing-along.

Marina And The Diamonds played:

'Radioactive'
'Obsessions'

'Living Dead'

'The Starring Role'
'Are You Satisfied'
'Mowgli's Road'
