Marina And The Diamonds and Charli XCX have collaborated on a new song called 'Just Desserts'.

Scroll down to listen to the song, which the UK pop singers recorded with producer Dan Dare. The song is also available for free download via SoundCloud.

Marina Diamandis announced news of the song via her Twitter account earlier today (May 1), writing:

The two singers are about to head off on tour together in North America, starting tomorrow (May 2) in Seattle and finishing up in New York on May 29.

Recent NME Radar star Charli XCX has just released her debut album, 'True Romance'. Marina And The Diamonds released her second LP, 'Electra Heart', last year.

Following its release Diamandis admitted that she was worried people "wouldn't allow" her to become a pop star.

Speaking to Drowned In Sound, she said of her new out and out pop direction:

"I think that I wasn't allowed to change and that deep down I wanted to write a pop album and to be a popstar," she said. ''For some reason, I felt like people wouldn't allow me to do that, which is stupid because I love the album.
