Mark Ronson has announced plans to hijack a series of record stories to celebrate the release of his forthcoming album 'Record Collection'.

Alongside members of his band The Business Intl - including MNDR, Spank Rock and The View's Kyle Falconer - the producer will be visiting a number of shops to celebrate the release of his album on September 27, and stocking them with his favourite records.

Ronson will also be serving customers and signing copies of 'Record Collection'. There will also be an exclusive 12-inch available exclusively at these shops, which will feature 'Sound of Plastic', a track co-written by the producer and Duran Duran's Nick Rhodes. The B-side also features a dub version of the track.
