Stars named in connection with investigation

Mary J. Blige, 50 Cent, Timbaland and Wyclef Jean have all been connected to a steroid investigation, it is being reported.

The stars were listed in the investigation which states they may have received or used steroids but the report does not suggest that they broke the law.

The investigation is focusing on the doctors, pharmacists and clinics that supplied the drugs. The Times Union Of Albany says law enforcement officials are looking into drug trafficking, and according to the Associated Press, Albany District Attorney P David Soares will neither confirm nor deny the stars are named in the investigation.

A spokesperson for Blige denounced the claims to the New York Daily News, saying “Mary J. Blige has never taken any performance enhancing illegal steroids”.
