Maximo Park top the NME Chart

Maximo Park have topped the NME Chart tonight (October 30) with ‘Apply Some Pressure’.

The art-rockers’ re-release has ousted The Rakes with their re-release, ’22 Grand Job’, which drops to two.

New entries on the chart come from Young Knives, Duels and Humanzi.

This week’s Top Ten is:

1. Maximo Park – ‘Apply Some Pressure’
2. The Rakes – ‘22 Grand Job’
3. We Are Scientists – ‘The Great Escape’
4. Nine Black Alps – ‘Just Friends’
5. The Subways – ‘No Goodbyes’
6. Test Icicles – ‘Circle Square Triangle’
7. Young Knives – ‘The Decision’
8. Arctic Monkeys – ‘I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor’
9. Duels – ‘Pressure On You’
10. Humanzi – ‘Fix The Cracks’
