MEAT LOAF COLLAPSES ONSTAGE IN LONDON
The star is rushed to hospital after collapsing at Wembley Arena...
MEAT LOAF was forced to postpone the remainder of his show at LONDON’s WEMBLEY ARENA last night (November 17) after collapsing on stage.
The veteran singer was admitted to Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow, after collapsing during the sell out show though exhaustion.
The singer did attempt to continue the concert, but was urged by paramedics to seek medical attention immediately.
Tonight's (November 18) show has also been cancelled, after doctors from the North West London Hospitals NHS Trust said his collapse was "from exhaustion due to a prolonged viral infection", reports Ananova.
"Meat Loaf will be re-evaluated by doctors today and further information about his status will be made available," explained the NHS source.
