However, band's new album is being released via game

Metallica have admitted to being bad at playing Guitar Hero.

The metal titans' new album 'Death Magnetic' will be the first to be released simultaneously on normal formats and on the hit computer game this Friday (September 12).

The band have revealed they've struggled to get to grips with the plastic guitar-based game, however.

"We're all bad," bassist Rob Trujillo told the Metro. "It's a different animal playing that game."

'Death Magnetic' was leaked online last week after allegedly being sold before its release date in a French record shop.

There also bad at writing songs. Metal just the worst genre in the universe, music should not be that heavy, horrible horrible band and anyone who calls there cd "Death Magnetic", god almighty 14 year old rocker freaks will have a field day.

The above 2 comments show just how ignorant the pair of you are. While other fads and genres have come and gone Hard Rock/Heavy Metal has the most loyal fans. As for being useless at playing guitar, don't show your ignorance just because you don't like this particular type of music. Some of the best guitarists in the world are in metal or rock bands, when you can play as well as some of these guys then you can talk, til then go back to school!

Captaincrunch just because someone doesn't like a certain type of music and says so, that makes them "ignorant". I am just thinking about "some of the best guitarists in the world" and you are wrong, Matallica don't come close to any of them.
