A former police officer who urinated on fans at a Metallica concert in January has been ordered to pay victims restitution and undergo alcohol treatment.

Joseph Houston, 29, was thrown out of the January 18 gig in Boston after urinating on fellow concert goers. He reportedly tried to regain entry to the show by flashing his police officer’s badge.

Houston was put on paid administrative leave after the incident, and will pay $2,632 to the victims and their families to cover the cost of the tickets, reports the Associated Press.

As a result of the charges of assault and battery, trespassing, and open and gross lewdness, Houston was fired from the police department. He did not challenge his termination.
