Metallica and Black Sabbath are teaming up for a special one-off joint release.

The rock legends are both contributing a track to a 12-inch vinyl single which will be limited to just 1000 copies.

The release features the UNKLE remix of Metallica's 'Frantic' and a version of Black Sabbath's 'Paranoid' with alternative lyrics.

The record is being released to mark UK Record Store Day and will only be available on April 17.

The day will celebrate independent record shops in Britain, with many acts issuing limited edition releases especially for the day.
