MGMT, Silversun Pickups added to free 'Soul Collective' US tour

They join Santigold and No Age on massive jaunt

MGMT, Silversun Pickups, Against Me! and Major Lazer have been added to the ongoing 'Soul Collective' US tour.

The 10-city jaunt kicked off on August 20 in Seattle and will hit cities including Phoenix, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston and New York. It will conclude in Los Angeles November 5-8.

In order to gain access to the free shows, fans must test-drive a Kia Soul on one of the three days leading up to the Sunday-night performance.

Other bands participating in the event include Santigold, No Age, Dan Deacon, The Clipse, The Maine, The Miniature Tigers, Dear And The Headlights, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, The Secret Machines, The Walkmen and Times New Viking.

The tour will hit the following cities:

Phoenix, AZ IceHouse (27-30)
Chicago, IL Envent Event Space (September 10-13)
Washington, DC Warehouse (17-20)
Philadelphia, PA 23rd Street Armory (24-27)
Miami, FL Awarehouse (October 1-4)

New York , NY TBD (22-25)
Los Angeles, CA Siren Studios (November 5-8)
