Brooklyn group will kick off the shows in Orlando, Florida on October 25

MGMT have announced details of an upcoming tour of the US.

With the shows beginning in Orlando, Florida on October 25, the Brooklyn group are playing in support of their recently released second album 'Congratulations'.

Prior to the jaunt, MGMT will embark on a tour of the UK and Ireland in September, beginning in Dublin on September 16.

MGMT will play the following:

Orlando, FL Hard Rock Live (October 25)
Miami Beach, FL The Fillmore Miami Beach (26)
Clearwater, FL Ruth Eckerd Hall (27)
Oxford, MS The Lyric (30)
Atlanta, GA The Tabernacle (November 2)
Raleigh, NC Raleigh Memorial Auditorium (3)
Nashville, TN Ryman Auditorium (4)
