Michael Jackson has spoken for the first time about the child abuse trial he faced earlier this year.
Currently staying in Bahrain, the singer broke his silence on the issue for the first time since issuing a statement to his fans after he was cleared in June.
Jackson describe the legal proceedings as “the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life” and added that while he was still “resting and recovering”, he is “feeling good”, BBC News reports.
Jackson confirmed he is now working on a benefit single for the victims of Hurricane Katrina which will feature him along with Mariah Carey, James Brown and Snoop Dogg, although the line-up has yet to be confirmed.
“I’m constantly working on it”, said Jackson of the single.
