Michael Jackson's children hearing put back

Case to decide who will take care of his three children delayed

The court case to decide who will look after Michael Jackson's three children has been put back by a week.

The late 'King of Pop''s mother, Katherine Jackson, and mother of two of his children, Debbie Rowe, both asked the judge in the case for a delay.

Commentators have suggested the pair are attempting to settle the case out of court.

Jackson's will specified his mother as the guardian of his children, Prince Michael, 12, Paris Michael, 11, and Prince Michael II, seven, known as 'Blanket' - it is still unknown who is 'Blanket''s mother.
