Manchester United and England defender Rio Ferdinand spoke to Michael Jackson just weeks before his death – and you can watch the encounter on NME.COM now.
The footballer spoke to the late singer for his digital magazine #5 (after his playing number) which can be read now at Rioferdinand.com.
The pair spoke ahead of Jackson's proposed This Is It series of gigs at the London O2 Arena, and had hoped to meet after one of the shows.
