Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson is preparing to sue his late son's doctor Conrad Murray for wrongful death.
Brian Oxman, Joe Jackson's lawyer, has told Reuters that his client will be seeking to force Murray to pay damages in a civil lawsuit that would run alongside the medic's criminal trial for involuntary manslaughter.
"That is Russian roulette, that is loading six bullets into a gun with only six chambers," Oxman said, referring to the prescription drugs given to Jackson prior to his death.
Murray was charged with involuntary manslaughter in relation to Jackson's death in February. He has pleaded not guilty.
