Midlake to play Royal Festival Hall

Midlake

Midlake

The Dears and Howling Bells also confirmed

Midlake are to be joined by fellow label bands The Dears, Explosions In The Sky, Howling Bells and My Latest Novel at Royal Festival Hall on London's South Bank for two performances in July.

The event marks the 10th anniversary celebration of music label Bella Union, and will take place across two nights, on July 10 and 11.

Set up in 1997 by Simon Raymonde and Robin Guthrie of Cocteau Twins, Bella Union was initially set up to release their own material, but it was soon extended into a thriving enterprise for new music.

The label boasts a roster that also includes the likes of Fionn Regan, The Czars and Dirty Three.
