It's a week of little change

Mika has stayed in top spot on the UK singles chart for another week (February 18) with debut single 'Grace Kelly' - and his album 'Life In Cartoon Motion' also stays at Number One.

On the singles chart, Kaiser Chiefs stay at Number Two with 'Ruby'. There is little other movement on the top 10, except for Take That’s comeback single ‘Patience’, a Number One single in late 2006.

This week's Top Ten singles are:

1. Mika - 'Grace Kelly'
2. Kaiser Chiefs - 'Ruby'
3. Akon Ft Snoop Dogg - 'I Wanna Love You'
4. Just Jack - 'Starz In Their Eyes'
5. Fall Out Boy - 'This Ain't A Scene It's An Arms Race'
6. Mason Vs Princess Superstar - 'Perfect (Exceeder)'
7. Fray - 'How To Save A Life'
8. Gwen Stefani Ft Akon - 'The Sweet Escape'
9. Jo Jo - 'Too Little Too Late'
10. Take That - 'Patience'
