Miles Kane has revealed that he has written a new song with Arctic Monkeys' Alex Turner.

Kane, who previously teamed up with Turner as The Last Shadow Puppets, revealed that the pair recently wrote a song titled 'Get Right' together and that it will be a future B-side for Kane. Speaking to Music Week, he said: "I was in LA with him (Turner) about a month ago. I'd just been through this break up and was feeling a bit down. We were in this club, messing around with this idea called 'Get Right'. We recorded it two days later, I brought it home and finished it and I'm putting it on as a B-side for my single. It's great, man."

Miles Kane previously told NME he is sure that he will work with Alex Turner again in the future. The pair first collaborated as The Last Shadow Puppets in 2008, releasing one album before returning to their own respective careers. However, asked by NME if he can see the project being revived, Kane said he was certain something will happen eventually. "I think the plan is to release something again, for sure," he said. Since we did that [Alex Turner] has been busy and I had to find my feet with being on my own. If it comes after the end of this cycle and the end of his next record we'll probably be both ready and really up for it. It's just on the sidelines, there's nothing written for it."

Meanwhile, Miles Kane will tour the UK in October. He will play:

Portsmouth Pyramids (September 26)
Leeds O2 Academy (27)
Manchester Academy (28)
Newcastle O2 Academy (October 1)
Nottingham Rock City (3)
Birmingham Institute (4)
Sheffield O2 Academy (5)
