Miles Kane has announced plans for a matinee show at Liverpool venue Eric's after his two intimate homecoming shows at the Liverpool venue sold out in two minutes earlier today (October 11).

Kane will now play an extra afternoon 14+ show on December 7, alongside gigs in the evenings of December 6 and 7. The three gigs will take place after he winds up his current UK tour, which finishes tonight at London's O2 Academy Brixton. Tickets for the new show are on sale now.

Meanwhile, Kane recently unveiled the video for his new single 'Better Than That'. The track comes out on October 14 and was co-written by Kane and Andy Partridge of iconic new wave band XTC. The song features on Kane's second LP, 'Don't Forget Who You Are', which is out now.
