MIS-TEEQ BACK CANCER RESEARCH CAMPAIGN

Mis-Teeq
are helping to promote a new campaign for CANCER RESEARCH UK on their forthcoming UK tour to raise awareness of cancer amongst young and ethnic communities.

The campaign is set to include a groundbreaking conference in early 2004 to address the supply of cancer information and prevention messages to various sectors of society.

As well as highlighting Cancer Research UK in their forthcoming tour brochure,
Mis-Teeq will also supply free concert tickets and meet children affected by cancer while on tour throughout late September and October.

Alesha from
Mis-Teeq says: "We are really pleased to help support the work that Cancer Research UK is doing within the black community in trying to raise awareness of this disease as cancer does not discriminate against race, age or colour."

York Barbican Centre (26)
Manchester Apollo Theatre (27)
