Just a year after 'Under Construction', the hip-hop star returns with more new music...
MISSY ELLIOTT has named her new album 'THIS IS NOT A TEST' - and JAY-Z will make a guest appearance on it.
The follow-up to 2002's 'Under Construction' is expected to be released in November, Rolling Stone reports.
The first single, 'Pass the Dutch', offers a nod to Musical Youth's 1982 UK Number One hit 'Pass the Dutchie'.
The album will feature a guest spot by Jay-Z on 'Wake Up'.

will also feature on the forthcoming solo album by Gwen Stefani of [a][/a].
