Moby to donate concert profits to domestic violence charity
Musician expects to raise between $75,000 and $100,000
Moby is set to donate the profits from his upcoming shows in California to help those affected by domestic violence.
The musician who is currently on a tour of North America, will give the proceeds from his shows in San Diego, San Francisco and Los Angeles to help those in California, after all funding for the state's domestic violence programme was cut in July.
The New York musician hopes to raise between $75,000 and $100,000 from the three shows.
Tickets are still available for the shows, which take place on the following dates:
San Diego, CA House of Blues (21+) (October 12)
Los Angeles, CA Wiltern Theatre (14)
San Francisco, CA Warfield Theatre (15)
