Modest Mouse release album teaser
Single ‘Dashboard’ streams from band’s website
Modest Mouse have given fans a taste of their forthcoming album by streaming their new single ‘Dashboard’ on their website and MySpacepage.
An unofficial version of the track was leaked on the internet earlier this week, but now the band have posted the official version and confirmed that ‘Dashboard’ will be released as a radio single in the US on January 16.
The Washington band’s new album, ‘We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank’, features the legendary Johnny Marr on guitar and guest vocals from The Shins' James Mercer. The album is due out in the US in March.
The band are currently touring in Australia, and plan to announce world tour dates following the release of the album.
