Mogwai's new EP now has a release date of October 18. Recorded immediately after their festival appearances at Glastonbury and T In The Park, it was recorded in Glasgow with the Cowdenbeath Brass Band, who appear on 'Burn Girl Prom Queen'.
The four new tunes on the EP are
'Stanley Kubrick' 'Christmas Song' 'Burn Girl Prom Queen' 'Rage: Man'
Mogwai - currently on tour in the US - return for eight shows in October kicking off in Brighton on October 18. Suport DJ on all dates is from NME's own 'Kool' Keith Cameron.
