Mona cancel UK shows as Nick Brown gets laryngitis

Mona have been forced to cancel shows in Liverpool, Sheffield and Coventry due to singer Nick Brown being struck down ill.

The gigs have pulled on the advice of doctors after frontman Brown was diagnosed with laryngitis. Shows at the Sheffield Leadmill and Coventry Kasbah, due to take place on May 20 and 21 respectively, have now been rescheduled for June 20 and 28 respectively. Original tickets are valid for the new dates.

They have also been taken off the bill for tonight's (May 19) show at the 02 Academy Liverpool, which is taking place as part of Liverpool Sound City.


The band's UK tour will resume at Middlesbrough Empire on May 24 with the schedule now reading:
