FRANKEE HOLDS ON TO NUMBER ONE SPOT

While there's big new entries in the albums chart for Morrissey and Ash...

FRANKEE has kept her place on top of the UK singles chart in a week that sees MORRISSEY’s comeback album storm towards the top of the charts.

Allegedly Eamon’s ex-girlfriend, Frankee is at Number One for a second week with her re-working of his former chart-topper ’F**k It (I Don’t Want You Back)’, 'F.U.R.B (F U Right Back)’.

New entries in this week’s Top Twenty include Muse’s ’Sing For Absolution’ at 16, The Corrs with ’Summer Sunshine' at Number Six, The 411 featuring Ghostface Killah with ’On My Knees' at Number Four and Cassidy featuring R Kelly with ’Hotel’ at Number Three.

This week’s Top Ten singles are:

Morrissey, who played a massive comeback show in Manchester last night, saw his long-awaited new album 'You Are The Quarry', enter the UK albums chart at Number Two, just behind Keane’s 'Hopes And Fears' which holds on to the top spot.

Ash’s new album ’Meltdown’ is a hit at Number Five.
