Motorhead and Anthrax have announced a joint UK tour for later this year.

The metal veterans will play 10 UK shows together in November, starting at Wolverhampton Civic Hall on November 5 and running until November 18 when the bands play Bristol's Colston Hall.

Motorhead released their latest studio album 'The World Is Yours' in December 2010 and are currently working on its follow-up. Their next studio LP will be the 21st offering of the band's career.

Anthrax released their new album 'Worship Music' in September of last year. It was the band's first album for eight years and their first with singer Joey Belladonna since 1990's 'Persistence Of Time'. You can watch a video interview of the band discussing 'Worship Music' by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking.

Anthrax are also booked to play this summer's Download Festival in early June.
