The Enchanted Garden takes place in Wiltshire and The Big Chill is set for Dorset...
THE BIG CHILL have announced details of two British events for summer 2001, the ENCHANTED GARDEN in WILTSHIRE and THE BIG CHILL in DORSET.
The Enchanted Garden event will take place slightly earlier than usual this year, on the weekend running July 20-22, at the Larmer Tree Gardens in Dorset.
'The Big Chill' itself will take place in August at a scenic location in Dorset.
"The Larmer Tree Gardens is going to be a smaller, more multi-media-based event this year," explained a spokesperson for The Big Chill. "The second event will be their main event of the year."
Acts confirmed for the Enchanted Garden event include Cinematic Orchestra, LTJ Bukem and Mr Scruff. No acts for 'The Big Chill' have yet been announced.
"The Big Chill wins the Special Moments Award, there's none of the hectic rushing about you get at other festivals," commented Mr Scruff at last year's Enchanted Garden event. "You're surrounded by great people and great music. It's got the best of everything, really."
