Muse, Bloc Party release exclusive tracks on charity comp

Feist, Deerhoof also support environmental causes

Muse, Bloc Party and Feist are among the artists who have contributed songs to a forthcoming charity compilation.

'The Green Owl Comp: A Benefit for the Energy Action Coalition', due out April 8 in the US, is a two-disc CD/DVD set featuring tracks from artists supporting the work of the Energy Action Coalition, made up of more than 40 US and Canadian organizations leading the youth-driven clean energy movement in North America.

Also contributing songs to the compilation are Asobi Seksu (remixed by CSS), Deerhoof, Pete Yorn and Of Montreal, among others.

Several of the tracks have never before been released, such as the Hadouken! remix of Bloc Party's 'The Prayer', and Feist's 'Honey Honey'.
